As the softboxes and octaboxes are heavier faceplate accessories, you will need to use them with heavy duty light stands such as our LS3900 13-foot stand or our TS13AC 13-foot air-cushioned stand.

The softbox / octabox grids are designed for use with the foldable softboxes / octaboxes only. They are NOT compatible with our discontinued standard softboxes / octaboxes. There is a specific grid available for each specific size of foldable softbox or octabox (for example, the G2436 grid may only be used with the FSB2436 Medium Foldable Softbox - it may not be used with the SB2436 Medium Standard Softbox or any other size foldable box).
